add adblock option

Add adblock option with support of easy script like popular adscript. This option is very useful for mobile devices because most annoying ad popunders are mainly attack on mobile users because of less flexibility than windows and mac. So make it for mobile devices also. Other improvement I suggest is that to use localhost and special port for vpn in internet explorer, so we have flexibility to use system proxy setting or no proxy setting in other software also.
